Welcome to Evenero.com, a service offered by Cadas AS (“we,” “our,” or “us”). Evenero.com provides an online platform for event hosts and their guests to upload, store, and share photos and videos. By using this platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use (“Terms”), which govern your access to and use of Evenero.com and all associated services.

By creating an account or using any of the services on Evenero.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of Evenero.com following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Creation

To use Evenero.com, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may only use the platform under the supervision and consent of a legal guardian. By creating an account, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, and you agree to notify us immediately if there is any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or any unlawful activity on the platform.

3. Service Usage

Evenero.com allows users to upload and share event-related content, including photos and videos. Event hosts can invite guests to contribute content without creating individual accounts. By using the platform, you are responsible for ensuring that all content you upload complies with applicable laws, including GDPR, and does not infringe on the rights of others.

The platform will store uploaded content for a maximum of 12 months unless otherwise specified. After this period, all content will be permanently deleted. It is your responsibility to request any necessary extensions for content storage before the 12-month period ends. Evenero.com is not responsible for any lost or deleted content beyond this period.

4. Data Hosting and Security

We use reputable third-party hosting providers to store user content and data. While we implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the security of your data, no system is entirely secure. You acknowledge that there may be risks beyond our control, such as data breaches, hacking, or unauthorized access.

Your data may be stored in data centers located outside of your home country and could be subject to the laws and data protection regulations of those jurisdictions. By using Evenero.com, you consent to this cross-border data storage.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant data protection laws. You retain full ownership of the content you upload to Evenero.com. However, by uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, display, and distribute the content as part of the services we provide. This license is necessary for the operation of the platform and ends when the content is deleted.

You warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload the content and that it does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. If a dispute arises regarding intellectual property infringement, you agree to indemnify us against any claims, damages, or liabilities.

8. Payment and Fees

Some features or services on Evenero.com may require payment. All prices and fees are clearly displayed during the purchasing process, and users must agree to the terms of payment before accessing paid features. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to paid services if payment is not made according to the agreed terms.

Refunds for services will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, where applicable.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any unlawful activity on the platform. Upon termination, your access to all content and services on Evenero.com will cease, and we are under no obligation to retain or provide access to any uploaded content after the termination.
